As a volunteer you may have access to private and confidential information and documents relating to clients, donors, volunteers and staff.

All volunteer and  member records are the property of Ubuntu BTNBGD Collective and will be treated respectfully and with confidentiality; reasonable care and caution must be exercised to protect and maintain total confidentiality. No person shall read records or discuss such information unless there is a legitimate purpose. Volunteer, members and donors interactions shall not be discussed with people outside of respectful role within Ubuntu BTNBGD Collective, including fellow members, immediate family members, throughout and beyond tenure with Ubuntu BTNBGD Collective
